ROYAL CANIN® Senior Ageing 12+ is suitable for cats over 12 years of age and is specially formulated with the nutritional needs of senior cats like yours in mind. This food contains highly palatable kibble with a double texture (crunchy outside, soft inside) that helps to stimulate your senior cat's general appetite.
ROYAL CANIN® Senior Ageing 12+ contains a complex of antioxidants that support senior cats throughout the ageing process. Thanks to a moderate phosphorus level, ROYAL CANIN® Senior Ageing 12+ also helps to support healthy kidney function, which is highly beneficial in senior cats.
To cater to each cat's individual preferences, ROYAL CANIN® Senior Ageing 12+ is also available as wet food in either a delicious gravy or succulent jelly. If you're considering mixed feeding, simply follow our feeding guidelines to ensure your cat gets an accurate amount of both wet and dry food for optimal benefit.

I have purchased this for two elderly cats - 14 plus years. They both went off other dry foods and were losing weight. They love this product as it is similar to the treats they have and have been eating well.
My old Persian Beau came to me in poor health. I got him veterinary attention, got his health back, but realised he would benefit from a more age appropriate diet. His eating prior to making the change was fussy and picky. Since starting him on RC Aginv 12+, he has a healthy appetite and he eats with gusto. He has both wet sachets and biscuits, but tends to be a biscuit addict so he gets meat first. When he finishes it, he then gets his biscuits. Best food ever for an aging cat.
My cat Charlotte is a very fussy 13 year old Bengal who I have been having trouble finding a dry food she will eat...well now I have found it and she loves it ...fingers crossed she keeps on loving it..m
This is obviously tasty, and being Royal Canin I know its the best of foods. The shape is easy to crunch and not hard on elderly pusses who may have fewer teeth.
My 2 old girls (around 14 years old) loved this food. But I do find it doesn't keep them full for long, like their other food used to. I might give it 1 more go and if it's the same result, I'll go back to the "Fussy Cat" that seems to fill them nicely between feeds.
