Warehouse Team Leader

Lockdown has meant that online sales are through the roof which is means we need to grow. We are looking to create two senior warehouse roles to lead our inwards and outwards functions. These roles will be a varied and fast paced where typical duties will include:

• People leadership support
• Overseeing and being hands on in inwards or outwards
• Problem solving
• Process and systems improvement and maintenance
• Health and Safety
• Anything else that may need your input

Due to covid - we are currently running two bubbles (shifts) - 4.30am to 12.30pm (outwards shift) and then from 1 pm to 9.30pm (inwards shift).

Aside from your love of animals, to be successful in this role you will also have:

• Held senior warehousing roles previously
• Common sense and be practical in your approach
• Strong people skills, be someone who loves to connect with others
• Great initiative and not afraid to think on your feet or jump in at the deep end.
• Great communication skills
• Be highly adaptable and are comfortable working in fast paced growing and evolving startup environment
• Be a strong problem solver
• Be open to shift work in seven day a week business
• Bonus points if you have used Cin7 previously

About our permanent warehouse roles
Our business is growing and so is our team which means we need All Paws In. We are looking for reliable, committed warehouse team members to join our awesome team of Petsters.

These roles will include picking, packing, inwards and dispatch as well as associated duties and responsibilities.

We are currently running two bubbles (shifts) - 4.30am to 12.30pm (outwards shift) and then from 1 pm to 9.30pm (inwards shift). However this may change depending on lockdowns and business growth so we are looking for people who can be flexible.

We are continuing to grow fast and furiously so we need All Paws In. We are looking for casual warehouse team members to come in and support our fast paced business.
