Posted byBrigidon12th Jun 2026I’m surprised at the above comment, as I had this on my male Briard as a pup and replaced it with a larger size as he grew. He is extremely strong. And it’s as good as new, I simply want another to use when I wash his current one. Unfortunately in this instance, I ordered the medium size instead of a large, hence it’s useless for me. I got sizing confused with another brand. One wonders why a medium in one brand is a large in another…

I wanted a collar that had a traditional buckle rather than one of the quick release plastic ones, so that if I put my dog on a long lead and he did run and reach the end of the lead, it would not risk breaking the plastic clip. This eliminates that possibility with the simple design. Collar feels well made too and looks good on him. Would have given it an extra star if there was some padding on the collar.
