Safety & Maintenance Note: Ensure the tower is assembled on a level indoor floor surface. Periodically check and tighten screws to maintain structural rigidity. Position near a wall for optimal stability.
- Plush & Carpet Areas: Vacuum regularly using an upholstery attachment or rubber pet-hair brush to remove loose fur and dust. Spot clean spills immediately with a mild, pet-safe carpet cleaner and a damp cloth. Do not soak.
- Sisal Scratching Posts: Gently brush with a stiff bristle brush to clear loose fibres and debris. Do not wash sisal rope with water to prevent loosening.
- Removable Cushion Inserts (if applicable): Hand wash in cold water (maximum 30°C) with gentle pet-safe detergent. Air dry completely before replacing. Do not tumble dry.
