Safety & Maintenance Note: Ensure the scratch post is placed on a flat, even floor surface against a wall or in a room corner for optimal stability. Periodically check the central mounting bolt and tighten as needed to maintain a rigid, wobble-free post.
- Plush & Carpet Areas: Vacuum regularly using an upholstery nozzle attachment or rubber pet-hair removal brush to eliminate loose fur and dust. Spot clean spills immediately with a damp cloth and mild, pet-safe cleaner. Do not saturate with water.
- Sisal Rope Maintenance: Brush gently with a stiff bristle brush to remove loose fibres and dust particles. Avoid soaking sisal rope with water to preserve adhesive strength and rope tension.
- Disinfection & Refreshing: Lightly mist with an enzyme-based pet odour neutraliser or pet-safe fabric disinfectant spray as required.
