"excellent food"
Posted bySonia Nicholsonon22nd Apr 2024I changed My 5 year old adult male Newfoundland over to this from the older Salmon formula and it is a much better product. Healthy teeth, Bright eyes, Magnificent healthy coat, zero hot spots, and energy to burn with maintaining excellent muscle. I also feed less of this food. Biscuit sizing is also better for giant breeds. FIVE star food

No off putting Smell so the pups just loved it. The mum had the new recipe starter kibble and has not had the traditional coat and weight loss after weaning. She's looking like she never had pups nearly 4 months from whelping. Also switched my adults to the small breed version with zero complications and they love it. Now switching my medium breed to the same one but bigger size kibble. Overall. Totally impressed with the new recipe. As always we have the blackest blacks and the healthiest dogs... best of all, THERE IS NO FISHY SMELL

"A disappointment"
Posted bySue Cooperon13th Nov 2023I am assuming Proplan have changed the recipe to maximise profits. I am still transitioning my dog, so have no idea how it will perform functionally. However, to be blunt, it stinks, literally! Must be the mackerel. The recipe it replaced was quite pleasant to handle. This one is greasy and unpleasantly smelly.
