This process also eliminates pathogenic bacteria, such as e.coli, salmonella and listeria, while protecting the natural nutrition of our ingredients. The slow and gentle air-drying process creates a food that is as nutrient-rich and digestible as a raw diet. Providing a 24-month shelf life, naturally, without the need for artificial preservatives, sugars or glycerines. As a further safety step, our products are micro tested and screened before and after air-drying and are only released for sale after approval by MPI (Ministry of Primary Industries, which is New Zealand’s government's regulatory authority). Easy for customers, they just need to open the bag and serve.
