- Mackerel: Jack Mackerel have a moderately oily flesh that is high in Omega 3. Wild caught Jack Mackerel from New Zealand are a mid-water fish caught all year round. Sealord Jack Mackerel are from a sustainable and well-managed fishery.
- Hoki: Hoki is a highly digestible white fish with delicate, moist flesh and a naturally mild flavour, making it ideal for premium pet food. It's soft, flaky texure supports excellence palatability and is gentle on digestion, making it suitable for pets across all life stages. Wild caught hoki from New Zealand are a deep water fish that are caught all year round, with peak season from May to August. All Sealord hoki are from a well managed and sustainable fishery in accordance with the Marine Stewardship Council’s principles and criteria for sustainable fishing
- Salmon: New Zealand salmon is prized for its premium quality, raised in cold, clean ocean waters that produce a firm texture and rich, clean flavour. Naturally high in omega-3s and carefully farmed under strict environmental standards, it’s a nutritious and sustainable choice.

Serve as a complete and balanced daily meal for cats or sprinkle over wet or dry food as an enticing topper.

• Storage & Handling: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and keep an eye on the best before date.  Reseal any partly used bags and use within 8 weeks of opening.

Introducing Skipper to your cat
Start the transition over 7-10 days to give your pet time to adjust. Begin by mixing a small amount of Skipper air dried pet food with their current food. Each day, gradually increase the proportion of Skipper while reducing the old diet, allowing your pet’s digestion and taste preferences to adapt comfortably. This slow change helps minimise tummy upsets and makes the switch easier - even for fussy eaters. 

Feeding Tips for Cats
- Cut back on distractions: A fussy cat is far more likely to eat their meal if they’re not holding out for something tastier. Try cutting back on treats so Skipper doesn’t have to compete with a more tempting alternative.
- Boost the appeal: If you’re transitioning, try adding a small amount of Skipper canned food to the air dried range. The higher moisture content and aroma can make meals more appealing and help encourage picky eaters.
- Create a mealtime routine: If your cat hasn’t finished their meal within 20 minutes, they may simply not be hungry. Remove the bowl and offer it again later. Avoid giving treats in between, or you risk undoing the progress.
- Reduce mealtime distractions: Some cats are easily distracted. Feeding in a quiet area, away from children or other pets, can help them stay focused and enjoy their meal.
