PURR Duck Freeze Dried Cat Food is made using only the highest quality ingredients aimed at nourishing your pet's health. PURR combines the nutrition and taste of fresh, raw food by gently freeze-drying to protect all the natural enzymes and nutrients, so none of the wholesome goodness is cooked out. PURR offers a convenient, shelf stable and safe way to feed a wholesome and complete diet, as close to raw as possible.
PURR is complete and balanced for cats of all ages for daily feeding , or can be used as a high-value topper or treat.
As a Meal - PURR is best served rehydrated, for a soft meaty texture and optimal digestion. Cats have a short digestive tract designed to quickly break down and absorb foods. Rehydrating their meal helps improve digestibility, while enhancing flavours, texture, and palatability.
Simply break into smaller pieces, combine an equal part of food to room temperature or slightly warm water (eg 1/4 cup PURR to to 1/4 cup water). Let it soak for 10 minutes to unlock the desired succulent, meaty texture.
As a Mixer or Topper - for an added boost to your cat's bowl - replace some of their normal food with PURR, mix to suit, or crumble on top, and serve!
As a Treat - offer PURR nuggets as a tasty treat.

Feeding Guidelines:
Feeding recommendations are a guide only. Individual needs vary with age, breed, environment and activity levels. Kittens, pregnant and nursing females may require twice the suggested amount. Ask your vet if unsure.
If mixed feeding, reduce total daily calories accordingly to maintain optimal weight or growth.
Make sure fresh water is available to your cat at all times.
Serving Guide:
- Meal: Recommended to rehydrate, for a meatier texture and optimal digestion.
- Add 1/4 cup of water for every 1/4 cup of freeze dried, soak for 10 mins and serve.
- Once offered, remove uneaten food after 30 minutes.
- If preparing meals in advance, refrigerate rehydrated food for up to 3 days.
- Topper: Provide your pet with a nutritional meal boost by sprinkling on their food as a topper or mixing it their meal – either dried or rehydrated.
- Treat: Offer dried as a tasty and nutritious treat.

Storage & Handling: Wash hands after handling. Store in a cool dry place and use within 6 weeks of opening.
Texture Variation: This is a natural product, some crumbling may occur. As a minimally processed product with no artificial additives or preservatives, slight variations in color and texture may occur between bags—a natural hallmark of our high meat content and wholesome ingredients. The nutritional content in every batch remain the same.
