Synbiotic D-C is a highly concentrated probiotic & prebiotic capsule for dogs & cats.
Probiotics are beneficial bacteria that can help to re-establish the normal microbiota. They are particularly effective when delivered together with a prebiotic, a source of nutrition that stimulates growth.
Probiotics to help keep the level of beneficial bacteria high while prebiotics feed and stimulate the growth of beneficial bacteria.
Key Benefits:
- Probiotics: A natural 'friendly' bacterium, Enterococcus faecium, which helps to keep the level of beneficial bacteria high and exclude pathogenic species.
- Preplex prebiotics: A prebiotic, consisting of fructo-oligosaccharide (FOS) and acacia (Gum arabic), which helps to feed and stimulate the growth of beneficial bacteria.
- Artificial flavouring to improve palatability and compliance, without any concerns for animals with food allergies or intolerances.
- Capsules can be given whole or opened and sprinkled on food.

Composition: Preplex prebiotic (Fructo-oligosaccharide), Gelatin capsule, Magnesium stearate Gut Flora
Stabilisers: Protexin probiotic Enterococcus faecium 1 x 10^13 CFU/kg; 2 x 10^9 CFU/capsule
Technological Additives: Preplex® prebiotic – Acacia (Gum arabic)
Care Instructions:
Store in a cool, dry place (refrigeration is not necessary).
2 year shelf life from the date of manufacture.
Directions:
Give by mouth for as long as considered necessary or as advised by your veterinary surgeon.
Give one capsule daily by mouth or as advised by your veterinary surgeon.
Capsules can be given whole or opened and the contents sprinkled onto food.
