I purchased this after reading the mixed reviews, hoping the negative feedback had been overstated. Unfortunately, after using it for about a week, I can confirm my experience has been almost identical to many of those reviews. I’ve owned several automatic litter boxes over the years, and this is by far the worst. The build quality feels cheap and clunky, it’s noisy and slow, and it lacks many features that are standard on similarly priced models, such as app connectivity and adjustable cleaning settings. The biggest issue is the cleaning performance. The rake frequently breaks apart urine clumps instead of removing them cleanly, often misses or misplaces faeces, and pushes a surprising amount of perfectly clean litter into the waste bin. We use a premium clumping litter, so watching so much clean litter get thrown away every cycle is incredibly frustrating and adds unnecessary ongoing cost. While the unit technically works as described, I don’t feel it delivers anywhere near the performance or quality that its price suggests. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I can’t recommend this product.

Game changer. Using for 2 cats. Cats were not scared of it as it has a 10 min time clearance before cleaning giving cats plenty of time to get out. I use world's best kitty litter and its worth its money.

I bought two - both lasted only a few months. They’re noisy, need to be cleaned out more than you’d expect and obviously too fragile for the task. I do not recommend this product.
