Directions:
For best performance, the fountain pump needs to be cleaned every two weeks. When cleaning the pump, we recommend cleaning the fountain and changing the filter as well. Multi-pet households may need to be cleaned more frequently.

"The Petsafe Drinkwell Fountain is great!"
Posted byHoward Hutchins-Pondon11th Jul 2024I bought this because the Panasonic fountain turns off when we get a power cut and doesn't turn back on - leaving the cats without water. I wish I had found this fountain years ago. The cats can drink from it if the power goes off and it turns back on when the power comes back. We live rurally and have issues with our power supply at the moment and this is fountain is a solution to our problems. The cats have always had a fountain and now we have one that I feel safe to eave them with if I need to go away for the day.

Posted byBlair Wilsonon26th Mar 2024Works great, easy flow adjustment, much easier to clean than other fountains I've used, and the pets love it (2 cats, 3 dogs). The actual colour is light grey, not the dark gray shown in the photos but the pets are okay with it.
