Feeding Guidelines:

The quantity of food your cat requires is dependent upon size, age, activity level and environment. Simply start with our recommendations, adjust as needed and make sure to always have fresh water available.
 

** High Activity & Kittens/Queens

• Kittens: 
  • up to 4 months old provide 2.5 X the adult amount for current weight. 
  • 4 to 9 months old provide 2 X the adult amount for current weight. 
  • 9 to 12 months old provide 1.5 X the adult amount for current weight. 
• For Gestation provide 1.5 X the adult amount, and for Lactation provide 1.25 to 2.5 X the adult amount (depending on litter size and week of lactation)

Transitioning to Nutrience:  It is important to gradually transition your cat from one food to another. Start with a proportion of 25% Nutrience to 75% old food. Slowly change the proportions over the next 5 to 7 days by gradually increasing the amount of Nutrience and decreasing the amount of the old food.

TIPS: To keep Nutrience food fresh and nutritious after you open it, make sure to store it properly. Reseal the bag and store it somewhere cool and dry, out of the sun.  Following these steps will help ensure that your pet enjoys the full benefits of the food with every meal.
