Directions:
For best performance, the fountain pump needs to be cleaned every two weeks. When cleaning the pump, we recommend cleaning the fountain and changing the filter as well. Multi-pet households may need to be cleaned more frequently.

"Excellent for multiple pets"

We have a cat and a small dog and they can drink at the same time, which is great. The options for different water flows is fantastic and keeps the cat interested. The dog is happy to use it, but she doesn't seem as fascinated by it as the cat.

This fountain is huge and probably wouldn't have purchased it if I knew how large it was going to be. Other than that, good fountain. Dog took to it immediately but he's been drinking out of fountain all his life.

Posted byJennie Swannon4th Oct 2021After playing with it for a while my cats now drink from it. It took them a couple of weeks. Pet Direct stock replacement charcoal filters but apparently not the foam ones. The machine needs both.
