Directions
Safety & Maintenance Note: Designed for indoor crate, kennel, or home use. Inspect zippers and seams regularly. Discard or repair if internal foam becomes exposed to prevent chewing hazards.
- Unzipping & Preparation: Unzip the outer cover and remove the internal orthopaedic foam pad before washing.
- Machine Washing (Cover Only): Machine wash the cover inside a laundry bag on a delicate cycle in cold water (maximum 30°C) with mild pet-safe detergent. Do not bleach or use fabric softeners.
- Drying: Line dry or tumble dry on low heat settings. Ensure the cover is completely dry before reinserting the foam pad. Do not iron or dry clean.
- Foam Pad Care: Spot clean foam pad with a damp cloth and mild soap. Air dry thoroughly away from direct heat or sunlight. Do not submerge foam in water.
