Directions
Safety & Maintenance Note: Position the bed on a dry, level indoor floor. Regularly inspect zippers and seams for wear, and repair if internal foam or filling becomes accessible.
- Unzipping & Preparation: Unzip the outer cover and carefully remove the orthopaedic memory foam pad and bolster cushion inserts before washing.
- Machine Washing (Cover Only): Place cover in a laundry bag and machine wash on a delicate cycle in cold water (maximum 30°C) using mild pet-safe detergent. Do not bleach.
- Drying: Line dry or tumble dry on low heat settings. Ensure the cover is completely dry before reinserting the foam core. Do not iron or dry clean.
- Foam Core Care: Spot clean foam inserts with a damp cloth and mild soap. Air dry thoroughly away from direct heat. Do not submerge memory foam in water.
