Our rat terrier, Ozzy, absolutely loves his ball. the only improvement would be one that has a small nuclear core to power it. so it never runs out of power!!!
Bought the old version a few years back and loved the option of different sizes and all the functionality that comes with it but was afraid my dog would bite hard and damage the electronics. This new one is definitely made for that specific purpose. Love the replaceable shell that encapsulates the electronics safely. Just wish there were different shell sizes!
I bought this ball for my 2 collie puppies. Also got the different covers for it ie the rugby ball and the rope one. They love this especially as the rugby ball one. They drop it so it shakes then pick it and run around with it. Definitely helps keep them busy. It's easy for them to pick up and so far not able to chew any bits off it. Just have to remember to charge it every night for them. '

I tried all the interactive mode and I don't think what is advertised is truly what I got. Frequent charging needed. In terms of interactive mode, it basically vibrates some and shakes, doesn't really move or roll to get attention from the dogs. I have 2 dogs and both of them didn't seem to care about it, so I would rather get the regular Nerf balls .

If he leaves hanging around for over an hour, the battery seems to die soon thereafter. Wish it had more like an 8hour active battery life vs. 1-2 that we are experiencing.
