The Refill vial is the replacement liquid reservoir for the CatComfort plug-in diffuser.
When the original vial runs out (or after ~30 days of continuous use), you simply swap in the refill to keep the pheromone diffusion ongoing. The refill contains the same calibrated pheromone blend (synthetic analogues of feline “facial pheromone” and “maternal appeasing pheromone”) used in the starter kit — designed to maintain the safe, reassuring environment your cat recognises.
