The order was actioned immediately and followed up with an email confirmation. The package arrived promptly and was delivered to my door by a pleasant man in a Pet Direct uniform. I also received a further email checking that everything was in order. Excellent service all round. Thank you. My only comment in addition is that I wonder if there is any way the brand new carton in which the goods were sent cannot be recycled or returned to your company for further use? Seems a shame to simply break it down to dispose of it
