"Great dog food choice! "
Posted byShannon Claytonon7th Aug 2023Our medium/standard sized (23kg) labradoodle has been fed Nutro since birth and then as she got older, we incorporated a bit of Beneful for variety (and the convenience of it being available at the supermarket for when we ran out and were unprepared). Unfortunately Nutro pulled out of the NZ market so we switched permanently over to Beneful. I tried a year or so ago to switch her to a different brand and she had a really bad reaction, so put her back on Beneful. Well, all of a sudden it seems as if Beneful has been pulled too, as I can't find it anywhere. So got in touch with our local kennel where she stays occasionally and this was the feed they used there. I was nervous because of the reaction she had last time we tried to change her, but this has been a dream. Transitioned over about 5 days, no reaction at all, she gobbles it up happily and it seems like it's really nutritionally sound! Happy customer, happy dog! :)
