Feeding Guidelines:
Just like you, your dog is unique with feeding requirements that vary with environment, age and activity. The feeding guide provides a starting point, to be adjusted as needed to maintain optimum weight and peak conditioning. We suggest monitoring your dog’s weight and adjusting rations as needed. We recommend feeding twice daily and always keeping fresh, clean water available

Use a standard 250ml/120g measuring cup. Serve dry or lightly moistened. See your veterinarian regularly. To help maintain freshness, we recommend sealing the bag tightly and storing it in a cool, dry location.
ACANA Grass-Fed Lamb is formulated to meet the nutritional levels established by the AAFCO Dog Food Nutrient Profiles for all life stages.
Calorie Distribution:
ACANA mirrors the meat and protein-concentrated diets that all dogs are evolved to eat, while reducing high-glycemic carbohydrates that cause blood sugar levels to rise and fluctuate. Compared to conventional foods, ACANA delivers more calories from protein and fat and fewer calories from carbohydrates, reducing the risk of obesity and diabetes and promoting peak conditioning. Metabolizable Energy is 3393 kcal/kg (407 kcal per 250ml/120g cup), with 32% from protein, 30% from vegetables and fruits, and 38% from fat.

Posted byJill Joneson10th Mar 2022It’s taken nearly 5 years to find a dry food my allergy prone Lab can eat. I’m so excited, no more juggling different foods & raw meat to try & cover all the required food groups. PLEASE don’t change the recipe!!!
