Royal Canin Veterinary Diet Feline Diabetic is a complete dietetic feed that has been specially formulated to regulate glucose supply for diabetic cats. Royal Canin Feline Veterinary Diet has been designed to manage the blood-glucose level in diabetic cats, while also delivering the required nutrition they need to stay healthy.
Key Benefits:
- Gluco modulation. Cereals of low glycaemic index in conjunction with the gelling action of psyllium mucilages reduces postpandrial hyperglycaemia
- High protein. A high protein content helps reduce the net energy supply and also ensures a prolonged and progressive glucose supply (gluconeogenesis)
- Low starch. A low carbohydrate intake helps control postpandrial blood glucose to facilitate global diabetes mellitus management
