Description:

BioPet Relax is professionally formulated to assist with a healthy immune response to anxiety, stress, grief and compulsive behaviours.

A blend of herbal & homeopathic remedies to calm your pet without sedating them. Relax is one of the most popular calming remedies on the New Zealand market. Completely natural and yet so effective, it can be put into the water bowl or given orally every day without any risk of side effects.

BioPet products are an innovative range of compound herbal and homeopathic remedies, the culmination of 15 year’s clinical veterinary experience. Designed specifically for animals by Head of Research and Development Fiona Lane, in conjunction with New Zealand's leading Veterinary Homeopath Dr Brett Christian, BioPet products enable you to use natural medicine for your pet health need.

Key Benefits:

  • Safe, non-toxic ingredients
  • Safe to use alongside prescription medications
  • Safe for pregnant and lactating pets
  • Alcohol free

Ingredients:

Contains equal parts of: Herbal extracts: Catnip, Hop Flower, Passion Flower. Homeopathic: Cistus can, Clematis, Ignatia, Impatiens, Ornithag, Prunus
Base: Vegetable glycerine & purified water

Directions:

Please note: Cats or small dogs weighing under 8kg only need 1 pump orally per dose or 1-2 pumps into their water bowl.

Larger pets weighing over 8kg should have 3 pumps per dose into their mouth or on food, or 3 pumps into their water bowl daily.

BioPet Relax is a general calming remedy that is best added to their water bowl so they receive a dose each time they drink. This means even if you are out at work, they are getting the benefit of it. It is non-sedating and safe for long term use.

Most pets love the sweet taste but if your pet is nervous about being dosed, you can put the dose on your finger and dab it on their lips or gums. They do not need to swallow the dose, it just has to come into contact with their tongue or gums.

Remedies are dispensed in a 90ml food grade aluminium bottle with a hygienic serum pump lid with over-cap.

90ml bottle = 230 doses (based on 2 pumps per dose).

  • "Wild Cat Tamer!"

I was very skeptical that this was working on my wild beast of a Bengal. I'm convinced he's full Asian leopard with no domestic qualities.....he chooses to live in the forest down the road rain hail or shine. We noticed he was coming home more, letting us touch him, hell we even managed to flea treat him without a scratch....but figured it was just because he had established street alpha status so was happy with himself. Nope. We were wrong because we stopped giving him the biopet relax and within a week he was back to being a freeloading pest, started biopet relax again and within a month we could pat him again. So moral of the story is I may not have a lap cat but he's definitely better on this than without and would rather the natural route than gabapentin (though it's tempting). We give him 1 pump in each wet food serving (once or twice a day depending on his schedule).

  • "Absolutely brilliant- does what it claims."

Bluey a 19 year old cat with "issues" has become blind, and a few months ago got lost; I noted he had lost one side hearing. So, he is anxious and often wanders up and down the house not "thinking", and becoming even more fragile. Biopet relax has taken all the edges off and I can see him thinking his way around and finding his spots quite easily. He sleeps well without constantly waking when he hears an unfamiliar noise. I am very impressed. He has always been a very intelligent cat, and he's got his brains back. Thankyou.

I have a boarding cattery. This is one of my go-to’s for stressed or aggressive cats. I have tried lots of remedies, and it is like human medicine… some things work for some, but not others. It isn’t the only remedy I use, but I do have more success with it than so other products.
