"plastic is too rigid"
Posted byBeth Russon30th Sep 2025we have a freebie Royal Canin ball launcher that works much better than this expensive chuckit one. sadly it got a bit chewed on. the problem is that it doesn't flex enough to use it easily or with a normal throwing motion. you have to pop it at the top of a throwing arc and even then it doesn't launch as far. medium size fits a standard tennis ball. the ball it comes with is excellent but we have just put it on the shelf and use the freebie we already had. not recommended.

Posted byBeth Russon19th Sep 2025Medium size. we had a freebie launcher that was much easier to use and threw the ball much farther...but got chewed. this one is very sturdy and takes quite a specific technique to get good distance. the ball is very good quality. same size as a tennis ball. wish we got the eco version...maybe it is less rigid

We bought a cheap one initially which obviously didn't last long hence the need for this purchase. So far so good. Very solid product with some grunt behind it so you actually do launch that ball far enough to wear your pup out!
