Set up and manage your pet's profile

Select Add a pet

On the My Pets page, find the Add a pet button below your current pets.

Tell us their name

Pop in your pet's name, then select Next.

Pick the type of pet

Choose dog, cat or other, then select Next.

Add gender and weight

Pick their gender and pop in their weight, then select Next.

Add their breed

For a mixed breed, add up to three. If one is unknown, add the breed you know and enter Cross for the rest.

Or set their size

If you went with size, slide to how big they will be once fully grown.

Add their age Worth doing

Enter a date of birth or age. This one unlocks offers matched to their lifestage.

Add health details

Note any health concerns or prescription medication, or skip ahead with Next.

Add a photo, then Done

Upload a snap of your pet if you like, then select Done. They will now appear in My Pets.
