Promotion Period:
The Santa Paws Wishlist promotion runs from 7 November 2025 to 24 December 2025, inclusive. Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.

1. How to Enter:
   To enter, submit your pet’s wishlist via the Santa Paws form on petdirect.co.nz during the promotion period. Each completed submission equals one entry.

2. Eligibility:
   Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over. Petdirect employees and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. Prizes:

   • There are five (5) winners in total.

   • Each winner will receive a Petdirect prize pack to the value of $500 (contents may vary).

   • Winners will be drawn at random from all eligible entries.

   • Winners will be contacted via the email provided on their entry form by 10 January 2026.

4. SPCA Donation Option:
   Participants may choose to donate their wishlist instead of entering to win. For every donated wish, Petdirect will contribute a $500 donation to the SPCA (up to the total donation value specified by Petdirect).

5. Winner Verification:
   Petdirect may request proof of identity, age, and eligibility before confirming a prize.

6. Unclaimed Prizes:
   If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, Petdirect reserves the right to redraw a new winner.

7. Use of Entries:
   By entering, participants agree that Petdirect may use their pet’s name, wishlist, and any submitted photos for promotional purposes, including on social media and marketing materials, without further compensation.

8. Privacy:
   Personal information collected will be used only for the purposes of this promotion and in accordance with Petdirect’s Privacy Policy.

9. General Conditions:
   Petdirect reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion at any time if circumstances beyond its control require it. Decisions made by Petdirect in all matters relating to this promotion are final.
