By booking a Santa photo session at Petdirect, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Marketing Consent: By booking a session, you consent to being added to the Petdirect marketing database to receive promotional communications. You may opt out at any time.

• No Refunds: All bookings are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided under any circumstances, including no-shows or cancellations. Punctuality: You must arrive on time for your session. Late arrivals will forfeit their booking without the possibility of compensation or rescheduling.

• Eligibility: This event is exclusively for dogs. No other animals will be permitted to participate. Owners are responsible for ensuring their dog is in good health, up to date with all vaccinations, and well-behaved. Petdirect reserves the right to refuse participation to any dog displaying signs of illness or aggressive behaviour.

• Complimentary Item: A complimentary dog food sample may be provided with each booking. Petdirect is not responsible for any allergic reactions or intolerances to the sample provided.

• Liability: Petdirect is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property, including to participating pets, during the event, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
