1. Secure your dog
Pop your pup in the tub and secure the clip for safety.
2. Start your wash
Annual dog wash subscribers can scan the QR code on the machine.
If you are paying casually, simply tap your EFTPOS card to begin your wash cycle. You will have ten minutes to use any combination of the settings.
3. Select your setting
Turn the dial to your chosen stage (e.g. Shampoo, Rinse, Condition).
4. Press to wash
Squeeze the trigger on the spray gun to start washing.
5. Finish & clean up
Dry your dog and use the free 20-second Disinfect cycle to clean the tub for the next user. Thanks for paying it forward!

Shampoo
(approx 2–4 min)
Work through your dog's coat by hand – don’t forget those muddy paws!
Rinse
(approx 1–2 min)
Use water to rinse as and when required, watch out for a shake-out!
Condition
(approx 1–2 min)
Gentle conditioner and moisturiser for a healthy coat.

Flea Control – Leave In (approx 30 sec)
No harsh chemicals. Just rinse, leave in, and send those fleas packing for up to 10 days.
Blow Dry – High & Low (approx 5 min)
Use high/low heat to dry your dog’s coat.
Disinfect
(approx 1 min)
Remove dog from tub. Rinse thoroughly for a hygienic clean
