Fidos Flea Rinse Concentrate is a low-odour, water-based formula for natural flea and tick control containing the natural insecticide pyrethrin. Safe for kittens, puppies, cats, dogs and birds.
Can also be used to treat bedding, carpet and other areas the pet frequents. Can be poured or sprayed directly on to the coat after shampooing (remember to dilute first before applying). Very popular for use with hydrobaths. Importantly, it contains no alcohol or petroleum solvents. Pyrethrin acts on insects, fleas and ticks in dogs and cats, as well as lice in cage birds. Safe to use in hydrobaths due to the almost complete absence of organic solvents - will not harm the pump mechanism. Also has minor repellent properties, preventing tick attachment for up to 3 days on dogs and cats. Wash hands after use, avoid contact with skin and eyes, avoid breathing in the vapour when spraying. When using for zone control on fabrics, it's always worth testing a hidden area first to check.

Guidelines:
Dilute freshly before use.
For pet use: Dilute 8ml of concentrate in 800ml of warm water (1:100) and use to dip/hydrobath, swab, sponge or spray pet until thoroughly soaked. Avoid the eyes. Allow animal to dry naturally. Towel dry puppies and kittens for prevent chilling. For best results, do not rinse off. Treat bedding and other frequented areas to help prevent reinfestation from the pet's environment.
For zone control: Dilute 1:100 to control flea infestations in the pet's environment, change bedding and spray new and old bedding with the product (diluted 8ml to 800ml warm water in a spray bottle) and allow to dry naturally. Other areas frequented by the pet can also be sprayed with the diluted product.
