"No Mess No Fuss"
Posted byAngela Wilsonon25th Nov 2025As first time cat owners we were trying to reach a happy medium between the super expensive self sifting litter box and the open litter tray. This is perfect for us. We have one cat who needs to be indoor only so this litterbox is completely enclosed, absolutely no litter trails and it can be used with or without the hood or the door which are removable. It has a mesh filtration on top which can be replaced (although we haven't as yet needed to-and a very sturdy handle. Our cat is 5kg so this is big enough for her to walk into, turn around in and dig her litter to her heart's content, zero mess. We use it with Kitty Fresh activated charcoal self clumping cat litter.

Thankfully, this is not possible with the Eco Tima litter box. We use it for her on a yacht, not having litter scattered everywhere is even more important.
