Why Fresh Food

Fresh Food That Works Harder

Cooper's Pet Kitchen is gently cooked at low temperatures, delivering nutritional value that heavily processed foods destroy. Feed it as a complete diet or use it as a supercharged topper — either way, your dog wins.

Bioavailable Proteins

Low-temp cooking keeps proteins intact, so your dog absorbs more of the good stuff for strong muscles and immunity.

High Digestibility

Getting Started

How to Transition
— a 5-Day Guide

Whether you're switching to Cooper's Pet Kitchen as a whole diet or introducing it as a topper, a gradual approach helps avoid tummy upset. Here's how to ease your dog in over five days.

Day 1
25% Cooper’s Pet Kitchen / 75% old food

Start with just a quarter of your dog's meal as Cooper's Pet Kitchen, mixed through their regular food so their gut can get acquainted with the new ingredients.

Days 2–3
50% Cooper’s Pet Kitchen / 50% old food

Move to a half-and-half split. Most dogs will be well adjusted by now and fully loving the fresh food.

Day 4
75% Cooper’s Pet Kitchen / 25% old food

Nearly there. Cooper's Pet Kitchen now makes up most of the bowl, with just a small amount of their previous food remaining.

Day 5+
Settle into your routine

Going all-in? Switch to 100% Cooper's Pet Kitchen. Prefer a Half Bowl or Topper? Settle on the amount that works for your dog and adjust their current food accordingly.

Sensitive tummy? Take it slower — stay at each stage for an extra day or two. Every dog is different, so follow their lead, not the calendar.
Good to know: Split daily amounts across two meals per day. Fresh water should always be available, though your dog may drink less — Cooper's Pet Kitchen meals have high moisture content. Rotate between all three flavours for variety.
