1.    Petdirect BIG Birthday Staycation Giveaway — Terms and Conditions

2.    The promoter is Petdirect.co.nz Ltd (Petdirect), a New Zealand-registered company.

3.    Promotional Period: The promotion runs from 12:01am Monday 24 February 2026 to 11:59pm Monday 9 March 2026 (NZDT).

4.    Eligibility: To be eligible for the promotion, Customers must be New Zealand residents aged 18 years and over, and they must be a registered Petdirect Pet Perks member. Employees of Petdirect and their immediate families are ineligible for the promotion. 

5.    Entry: One entry, into one applicable prize draw, will be awarded for each qualifying $20 unit (incl. GST) spent in a single transaction. Partial units of $20 do not qualify for an entry. (e.g., a $55 transaction includes two qualifying $20 units and therefore earns two entries). Partial units do not rollover or accumulate for subsequent purchases, entries are calculated on each single transaction independently.

6.    Entries earned from purchases that are subsequently refunded will be cancelled. The issue or purchase of gift vouchers or credit are excluded from entry eligibility.

7.    The promotion consists of three prize draws, each valued at $2,500 NZD:

a)    Auckland Prize Draw: Accommodation voucher for a stay at QT Auckland (valued at $2,000) and a $500 Prezzy Card.

b)    Christchurch Prize Draw: Accommodation voucher for a stay at Hotel Montreal, Christchurch (valued at $2,000) and a $500 Prezzy Card.

c)    Online Prize Draw: Airbnb voucher for a pet-friendly stay of the winner's choice (valued at $2,000) and a $500 Prezzy Card.

8.    Online purchases at petdirect.co.nz (including “Click and Collect” purchases) are entered into the Online Prize Draw. In-store purchases at Petdirect Auckland stores (Mt Roskill, Takapuna, Mt Wellington) are entered into the Auckland Prize Draw. In-store purchases at Petdirect Christchurch (Tower Junction) are entered into the Christchurch Prize Draw. 

9.    Each purchase is only eligible for entry into the one applicable prize draw determined by its place of purchase. Customers may, however, make multiple eligible purchases from different Petdirect locations during the Promotional Period, with each eligible purchase entered into its applicable prize draw. 

10.    Accommodation vouchers are purchased independently by Petdirect and provided to winners as vouchers. Petdirect is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any accommodation provider, hotel, or booking platform referenced in promotional materials. The accommodation component of each prize is delivered as a voucher and is subject to availability at the time of booking. 

11.    Prize inclusions referencing specific accommodation providers or locations are indicative only. Petdirect reserves the right to substitute accommodation of equivalent value if the indicated accommodation is unavailable at the time of redemption. 

12.    Winners will be drawn at random on or about Wednesday 12 March 2026 and notified by email or phone within 5 business days. If a winner cannot be contacted within 10 business days, an alternative winner may be drawn.

13.    Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash. Prize inclusions are subject to availability. Accommodation vouchers must be redeemed within 12 months of the draw date. Accommodation vouchers and stays are subject to the terms and conditions of each respective accommodation provider, including any conditions relating to accompanying pets. 14.    By entering, participants agree to the use of their name and general location for promotional purposes.

15.    Petdirect reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time. The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

16.    Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by law, Petdirect and its associated agencies shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion or the use of any prize.
