A constant stream of water attracts dogs and cats to the water fountain, encouraging them to drink and keeping them hydrated. A removeable butterfly topper adds a fun decorative element to your pet fountain and creates 4 free-falling water streams from which your pet can drink. The topper can easily be removed to create a quiet, bubbling water flow. A carbon filter and foam filter work together to remove pet hair, debris and bad tastes from your best friend's water. This BPA-free plastic fountain is specifically designed to have no hard-to-reach places when it's time to clean your pet's water bowl. Directions:
Replace the carbon filter every 2-4 weeks and replace the foam filter every 1-2 months.
- Unplug the fountain and disconnect the in-line plug.
- Pick up the pet fountain by the bowl and take it to the sink.
- Pour out the water, and then disassemble the pet fountain.
- Discard the carbon filter and the foam filter. See steps 1-3 on page 5 for cleaning your pump. Use a solution of 80% water and 20% white vinegar to remove hard water buildup.
- Wash all other parts with warm water and soap or place in the top rack of the dishwasher. NOTE: Do not place the adaptor or pump in the dishwasher.

Posted byLisa Dalzielon2nd Nov 2022A fantastic product - easy to operate, fill and clean. Both cats love using it. Almost complete silent operation. Just remember to hold the butterfly section down when tipping out the water as it is suctioned on.
