Royal Canin Veterinary Neutered Satiety Balance is a dietary food designed to improve the health and wellness of neutered and sterilised cats aged under 7 years that helps them to maintain their ideal weight after neutering. Many cats have a tendency to be overweight and often this is due to the change in their metabolism resulting from neutering. When cats are neutered their metabolism slows down and at the same time their appetite increases. High energy consumption and low activity levels can also lead to your cat being overweight.
Key Benefits:
- High Fibre. Selected fibres support feelings of satiety. A combination of soluble fibre (Psyllium) and insoluble fibre with a high water holding capacity helps to increase the intervals between meals and reduce snacking, thus reducing your cat’s daily energy consumption.
- Optimal bodyweight. The lower calorie and fat content, combined with the high fibre content helps cats to maintain a healthy weight.
- S/O Index. Feeding your cat a complete food that contains Royal Canin‘s S/O Index helps to create a urinary tract environment that prevents the formation (or reoccurrence) of struvite and calcium oxalate crystals.
Ingredients:
Dehydrated poultry protein, maize, vegetable fibres, wheat gluten*, wheat, maize gluten, hydrolysed animal proteins, minerals, animal fats, chicory pulp, fish oil, psyllium husks and seeds (0.5%), marigold extract (source of lutein).
