Royal Canin Breed Ragdoll

Breed Specific Formulas

Every cat is unique - especially pure breed cats. After years of research and partnering with a network of veterinarians and breeders, Royal Canin has developed a line of tailor-made formulas to suit the unique needs of pure breed cats.

Formulated for Ragdolls

ROYAL CANIN® Ragdoll Dry Cat Food is designed for Ragdoll cats over 12-months of age.

Healthy skin: Ragdolls are known for their silky, semi-longhaired coat. To help maintain skin and coat health, this formula includes antioxidants, vitamins, Omega-3 fatty acids (EPA and DHA) and Omega-6 fatty acids.

Healthy heart: ROYAL CANIN® Ragdoll Adult Dry Cat Food contains nutrients taurine and EPA and DHA, which help support cardiac health.

Bone & joint health: Ragdolls are a large cat breed, so an appropriate balanced diet and proper feeding amounts are needed to support their strong-boned muscular body and contribute to an ideal weight. ROYAL CANIN® Ragdoll Adult Dry Cat Food is enriched with Omega-3 fatty acids to help maintain healthy bones and joints.

Exclusive kibble Ragdoll

Exclusive Kibble: ROYAL CANIN® Ragdoll Adult Dry Cat Food features a specially designed kibble for Ragdolls' broad jaw, making it easier to grasp and encouraging them to chew.

Why Pure Breed Cats Need Tailored Nutrition

When choosing a diet for your pet, keep in mind the unique characteristics of their breed, including:

Face and Jaw: Pure breed cats come in many different jaw shapes and sizes. Some breeds have broad jaws (like Ragdolls) while others have large, square-shaped jaws (like Maine Coons) or flat, short jaws (like Persians). The jaw type and even biting patterns can affect how a breed picks up kibble.

Body Types: Not all cat breeds have the same body type. Some have long and muscular physiques while others have imposing statures that can put strain on joints. Precise levels of key nutrients help support a breed's unique needs for their body type.

Distinctive Coats: There's more to a coat than meets the eye. From different hair lengths to undercoats, each pure breed cat has a unique coat with unique needs.
