Bound to become your best friend’s favorites, Outward Hound's lovable toys, treat-puzzle games, adventure gear, and slow feeding bowls are thoughtfully designed and constructed to keep furry friends happy and healthy. Through unique product innovations and a whole lot of testing (and belly rubs), we're commited to creating high quality, durable, and engaging products for dogs everywhere.
HOW TO PLAY: Place treats or kibble in compartments of base. Cover treat compartments with pegs. The more compartments that are covered, the harder the game will be. Let the games begin! Show your dog where the treats are and watch them find the tasty reward! Dogs are smarter than you think. Sometimes we just need to teach them! Leave some compartments uncovered for your dog to gain interest.
FROZEN PUZZLE: Mix some canned/wet dog food or raw food with water, pour some of the mixture in the hollows, or place a small piece of sausage or a tasty treat in each of the hollows, pour a little water, put the game in the freezer and let it set. Perfect for energetic dogs, hot weather, or just extended fun.
PLAY TOGETHER: Nina Ottosson Dog Puzzle Games focus on challenging your dog’s brain. Supervise when playing, and don´t let the dog chew on the toy. Teach your dog how to use the puzzle, play and have fun together. Put away until next time.
EASY TO CLEAN: To wash your dog’s Dog Interactive Treat Puzzle, simply remove all treats/kibble and hand wash with warm soapy water, rinse clean and dry. Fill again for more fun!
Always supervise: Play together and supervise your dog closely. If your dog wants to chew on the game, correct and redirect their behaviour in a gentle and positive way. Start over as quickly as possible and get their attention back on the treats or kibble.
Note: This is not a chew toy.
Every dog plays differently and, since not all toys are created equal, it’s always best to keep a close watch on your pup in case things get ruff. Supervised play will help toys last longer and most importantly keep your pal safe. No dog toy is truly indestructible, so always remove the toy from playtime if it shows signs of wear and tear.

My 4 mth old spoodle enjoys this puzzle. Didn’t take long to figure out, so having to find different ways to keep it interesting now. Might need to go to the next level.
I bought this for my elderly dogs, I found it quiet a good way to make them find their treats
9month puppy got it straight away so quite easy as a beginner puzzle. Trying different ways now by freezing treats in base for harder mental smell stimulation;)
Out Tibetan Spaniel is struggling with this idea. It has been a slow start for her to grasp the concept of finding the treat under the peg. We have seen her once use her teeth to get a peg out. We will keep working with her and hope she gets it.
