"Four Knot Rope Toy"
Posted bySharon Tuckeron22nd Jul 2024Bought this large size four knot rope toy. My two medium size dogs had a 20 minute tug of war play together after I unpacked it and it fell to bits. Not rough play but I think the cotton fibres just don't last the distance. Pet Direct were wonderful giving me a credit. Wouldn't buy "Mammoth" rope products again unless the fibre construction is more robust than to last 20 mins. I certainly don't agree with Mammoth's write up of this product being for tough chewers. Will go back to the K-Mart bought one that lasted several months at a fraction of the cost! Thank you Pet Direct. :)

Posted byNicky Allenon8th Mar 2022A must have for known destroyers such as Neapolitan Mastiffs. Old ones lasted for months until they went missing. I had 2 Nea' Mastiffs tug-a-warring with this knot rope pulled between each other. Always marveled how this toy cannnot seem to fall, or shred apart, even if gnawed on. Highly recommend this toy for bulky large-giant dogs...perfect for distracting pups but get shorter ones.
