Two active ingredients -
Afoxolaner, for fast and convenient protection against fleas and ticks.
Milbemycin Oxime, for effective protection against roundworms, hook-worms and whipworms.
Directions:
Nexgard Spectra is a soft beef-flavoured chew that is for oral consumption only. For ease of dosing, it can be given with or without food. Remove only one chew at a time from the foil-backed blister card. It is a highly palatable chew that is readily consumed by dogs when offered as a treat. Alternatively, it may be added to a small amount of dog food if desired, but unlike some treatments, Nexgard Spectra does not have to be given with food.
You can choose to give the chew to your dog any time that suits you, with or without food.

Posted byVictoria Stillon7th May 2024My anxious furry friend will actually eat these out of my hand (major plus),…tolerates well physically, have also never had flea issues despite living semi rurally with gangs of quail coming through my garden etc. Hes just over the 7.5kg limit and have been vet advised its ok to stick with the small dog dosage

With any tablet you need to be smarter than the average .bear ... since treat is the operative word, If it looks and smells like a treat, it's a treat. Push the tablet into a round ball of NZ Pic's Peanut Butter and it will be gone in a big gulp!!
