Description:

Pumpkin Powder is made in New Zealand from NZ Kabocha pumpkins (Japanese squash). Our gentle drying method locks in the natural goodness and means no unnecessary additives or bulking agents are required.

Key Benefits:

  • This digestive supplement is made to the highest standards, great tasting and packed full of nutrients and natural fibre.
  • Regular use provides nutritional support for your pet’s bowel health and can help prevent scooting whilst supporting changes in stool regularity caused by a change in their environment, a new diet, or aging.
  • Whether you are looking to naturally increase your pet’s fibre intake or want to assist in helping your pet pass something they ate, Pet Sprinkles: Pumpkin Powder is the natural choice. Rich in fibre & low in fat; full of antioxidants, vitamins (A & C) and minerals (magnesium, potassium, zinc).
  • Simply sprinkle on top of your pet’s food like a garnish, mix into their meal for pickier eaters, or add a little warm water to make up a puree. Use as required, depending on your pet’s needs.

When my Tibetan Spaniel got a painful anal gland abscess, my vet recommended giving her a bit of pumpkin in her diet to ensure she had more fibre, as she is on a raw diet. My girl had other ideas about that - "I'm NOT eating THAT!" she advised me. So thought I'd see if I could add this to her food instead. It worked wonderfully. She had healthier stools almost immediately and she hasn't got a clue she's eating it. Recommend it highly.

When my 2 schnauzers suffered severe diarrhoea, that wasn't responding to basic treatments, I gave each 1 level teaspoon of pumpkin powder mixed with 2 teaspoons of water. Overnight they were on the road to recovery. I recommend using this product to maintain general good health, and for emergencies.
