Kittens need a high protein diet to support muscle and immune system development, and a high calorie intake for growth and boundless activity.
This wet kitten food provides easily digestible ingredients that fulfil your kittens’ need for meat proteins, supporting their growth and development in early life.
The gravy-based food includes natural ingredients such as emu oil, pumpkin, coconut, blueberries and kelp. It is a highly palatable food that your kitten will love while satisfying their specific nutritional needs.
It also delivers the most important nutrient – water. Given that kittens have a low thirst drive, wet foods assist in maintaining hydration, promoting urinary health and everyday health of your cat.
This is complete and balanced nutrition, fulfilling all your kitten’s needs as the only food you need to feed, or to mix with Black Hawk dry kitten food.

I bought this because of Black Hawk's good reputation but honestly it is the worst I think of any wet kitten food I've tried, and I purchased almost all of them, in terms of its effect on my kitten's gastro system (the other terrible one was chicken and salmon in gravy from a brand I can't remember). This makes my kitten poop 2+ times a day, with very soft if not runny stool that ends up getting on furniture. Very inconvenient/gross to clean up. Would never recommend it or purchase again. Unfortunately I bought months and months worth of supply thinking it was the best I could buy. I'll still buy the dry kitten food, I think.
My kitten didn't like this brand, also tried hte dry food both game him diareah and he didn't seem to like the food ingeneral. On further research although this food is grain free pea protein isn't actually good for cats at all. Cats are obligate carnivores so should be eating rice, grains, legumes etc. Switched him to kiwi kitchens wet food and hes had no problems
