Dear Pet Parents,

As of 6am on the 7th March Auckland is at alert level 2 and the rest of NZ is at alert level 1.

PetDirect will continue to dispatch your furry friends orders, we have all paws on deck in our customer service team and our warehouse team are all masked up to ensure that all your pet needs are leaving our warehouse quick smart.

As always, all orders placed before 4pm on weekdays will be dispatched the same day. If you have any questions, our customer team are still here and available to help you. We remain focused on keeping our warehouse fully stocked and also bringing in exciting new stock for your pets. We continue to follow New Zealand Ministry of Health guidance to keep our team members safe.

Warehouse

We send everything from our own warehouse, we do not use a 3rd Party Logistics provider. We are based in Henderson, Auckland and our amazing warehouse team all lives within 8-10mins drive of this location. They do not stop until every order has been packed.

Courier Delivery

At this time we haven't heard of any delays in our courier service, but will keep you up to date if there are any changes.
