Dear Pet Parents,

We hope you and your pets are well. As always, we are here to support you during the Covid outbreak. We are operating throughout all NZ Traffic Light levels - all of NZ is currently in Red.

PetDirect will continue to dispatch your furry friends orders to all areas of New Zealand from our own purpose built warehouse facility. Following strict hygiene standards and using contactless delivery, it is top priority for our dedicated team to get your orders from our warehouse to your doorstep quick smart through NZ Couriers.

If you have any questions, our Customer Care team are still here and available to help you. We remain focused on keeping our warehouse stocked and also bringing in exciting new stock for your pets. We continue to follow New Zealand Ministry of Health guidance to keep our team members safe.

Our Warehouse

We send everything from our own warehouse based in Avondale, Auckland. We operate split shifts across our amazing warehouse team and they do not stop until every order has been packed. Due to the current outbreak, there may be delays in processing your order as we work to ensure safety of our team members while they fetch your orders.

Courier Delivery

We deliver to you through NZ Couriers. Please bear with us and our delivery partner as the current outbreak has put significant pressure on the delivery network, which may delay the delivery of your goods.

Please note, it is worth checking your delivery address is your current location as you may have had your previous orders sent to a business address and you might be working from home, or currently that business might be closed under the current Nationwide Levels.
