Feeding Instructions:
These can be fed directly to your dog as a treat or mixed in with their normal food.
Do not lower the suggested intakes unless advised by your veterinary surgeon.
To ensure maximum benefit it is very important to complete the initial loading program.
Loading dose:
For the first 6 weeks is recommended; then then reduce to maintenance dose
Under 10kg: Give 2 tablets daily (1 morning, 1 evening)
10-25kg: Give 3 tablets daily (2 morning, 1 evening)
25-40kg: Give 3 tablets (2 in morning, 1 in the evening)
Over 40kg: Give 4 tablets (2 in morning, 2 in the evening)
Maintenance dose:
All dogs respond differently to supplementation. However in general, after the initial loading program the daily intake can usually be reduced to:
1 tablets ONCE daily longterm (this can be increased for more painful animals). Dogs over 40kg: 2 tablets daily (1 in morning, 1 in the evening)
Reduce by ONE tablets daily every 2-4 weeks until the above doses are reached. If the problem worsens, the dose may be increased back to where it was helping.
